Arrived on time for the first visit and did a thorough assessment of our desires and needs. Provided a detailed plan of two possible systems that would meet our needs. We chose the somewhat less expensive plan which Joel said he also had in his house. The installers came on time on the appointed day and worked almost all day to finish the job. The system works perfectly and exceeds our expectations. We would use their services again in a heartbeat.

After shopping around a few local AV consultants, I decided on FPA primarily because of their excitement about my project, their professionalism, and expertise. 


They never missed a deadline, were regularly ahead of schedule, and always very professional in our dealings. 


They installed a fully-integrated system in my house for two bedrooms, and three audio zones, in addition to wiring my entire home taking "future use" into account. We have great, fast, consistent wifi throughout, all streaming services are wired and run flawlessly, and all of our picture and sound it excellent. 


I really can't recommend these guys enough, and have referred them to countless friends since my experience with them.

Bert and Alex are awesome. Kind, courteous and they really know there stuff. They made the installation look like a breeze. I'm sure it was not. Bert gave me a quote and stuck to that number. As anyone knows no matter where you go the and quot;salesand quot; people try to upsell you every time. Not with First Priority Audio. Actually, after 1 week after installation, the system crashed. Bert came out and found out that I had a and quot;badand quot; receiver, replaced it without any questions and was genuinely sorry that it happened. We have been 1 yr with this system and have had not 1 problem. We are saving to finish the other side of the house. Absolutely recommend this company.
