First Due Roofing

Thank you First Due roofing for a job well done. The process was hassle free and I had a new roof installed in less than a week. More than happy with the excellent work provided.

I requested a quote and paid my deposit back in June. Since I paid my deposit, for some reason any communication with this company has been horrible - time and time again I call the phone number to talk to someone and there's never an answer. My only option is to leave a message and wait for a call back or send an email and wait days for a response. I even had to send messages through their website to get anything back from them. The permit was being picked up some time in August but there was a problem with some calculations so it wasn't ready until sometime in September. I was finally told the work would be done on September 16th or 17th - those days came & went and didn't hear back from anyone for a few days. I had to call & email to find out what’s happening. I was told on October 7th that there was a delay due to some family even but they were back on track and would get my roof done on October 28th - again, that day came & went and didn't hear back until November 4th, saying that they have been hit recently with some unforeseen personal issues, which put them further behind than anticipated. I’ve tried sending several emails and left a couple of messages but haven’t heard anything back. I hate to sound heartless but this is a business, they’ve had my deposit since June, they have my permit. It’s been one excuse after another with this company. I hope everyone is ok and they get through this tough time, but leaving customers waiting like this is just not right.

I can’t say enough positive words to describe my recent service from Brothers Roofing. Dan was extremely punctual in returning my call, quoting the business, and answering my many questions. When I asked if he could fit me in on very short notice because my first child was due any day he came through to ensure that we wouldn’t be disrupted after bringing home the baby. Additionally, Dan and his team took many pictures throughout the job and did spectacular work. Everything was thoroughly explained and the property was left completely cleaned. Dan used the best product on the market and was extremely reasonable compared to other contractors. I have found a roofer for life in Dan, and Brothers Roofing! To top things off, Dan left a flower arrangement and a Thank You/Congratulations card for when we got home. Completely unnecessary, but so very much appreciated. I can’t wait to refer Dan and Brothers Roofing to anyone and everyone!
