Greg is extremely unprofessional. He gave an initial ballpark estimate for a kitchen remodel that seemed fair. I then paid $150 for a more detailed estimate and it was way, way above the original estimate. Greg expressed not liking working in condos because of the rules, so he inflated the price because he clearly did not want the job. In the meantime, he charged me $150 -- and it took nearly a month for a one-page exorbitantly priced estimated. I reached out several times to discuss this and he does not reply to my emails. I would stay away. I asked for a refund, but no response. I guess I am fortune that I learned what he was really like early on.

I used him four years ago and I wrote him a glowing review at the time. I use him this time I don't know what happened all hell broke loose it was not good. I told you I contacted him in November. He didn't start till like March. I think he was having manpower problem. Last time he had a crew here they were incredible. Demolition guy came in he was no sooner finish then they guys came in to rebuild the construction and paint his plasters, electrician, plumbers, tile people everything boom, boom, one after the other it was fabulous and this time I don't know there were days when nobody would show up and that kind of stuff. He does quality work. He is not the cheapest, but I don't care about that. I have had such rotten experiences with contractors who don't show up. Here is a guy I can depend on so if he charges more I don't care. I would use him again in the future.

We hired them after they were recommended to us. We worked closely with the owner, Greg Beach. He does some of the work himself and also supervises the jobs as well owns the company. He kept us well informed from the beginning to the end and provided great quality. They were able to complete the work in our bathroom in only six weeks. We were so pleased with the work they did on our bathroom that we had them come and do the work on our porch as well. They did such a wonderful job on the projects. We wouldn't hire anyone else but them for any additional work.

Went great! On time, on budget. Owner (Greg Beach) did some work himself and if done by his employees he inspected and supervised closely. No sub contractors used. Greg and his help are easy to get along with and I'd trust them with the keys to house and anything else.
A sense of honest craftsmanship rarely found anywhere and mostly gone from South Florida.

They were very prompt. There were here for 5 or 6 days and they were here every single morning before 8 O'clock. They did quality work and I was very pleased with them. I would assume the pricing was fair. I was more concerned with reliability. The quality of their work was excellent.
