My experience with them was good. They're punctual, I feel that they were honest with me and they answer all my questions.

I was not happy with my last experience at Goodyear on Wiles and Riverside (I think they changed the manager, and also charged me for filling my tires with Nitrogen w/o asking me) and although they had a better price ($59 with coupon vs $79) and closer, I decided to give this Firestone location a try.

I called and Shawn answered, professional and courteous. I explained my situation and asked if he could take me today and he said if i came in the next hour I should be in and out in 1 to 1.5 hrs. I dropped the car off @ 9am and it was ready @10am.
Shawn showed me the before and after adjustment tolerances, asked if I wanted a copy and said they keep it on file for the future (nice touch).

The paperwork dropping the car off and picking it up was MUCH faster then Goodyear's process.

So far so good on the work performed!

The only part of my experience that made Firestone look dull was being offered a and quot;Special Internet priceand quot; of $79 and instructed to print a coupon to bring in and then when I got there to be told that the regular price offered was the same price.

It was an excellent experience. I had a 7am appointment an a Saturday. The took my car right in and told me they would be finished within an hour and a half. They were finished in about an hour. They replaced my two front tires and aligned it. They advised me of all the servicing that my car needed and provided me with quotes for each of the repairs.

I will be going back to them for the additional repairs.

After my appointment I left a friends car for an oil change. They made sure to point out that we could get a $10 coupon if we did the survey at the bottom. We used it for his oil change!!
