Not cheap, but very good! They were able to solve that problem that anybody else couldn't diagnose.

Great responsiveness. AC stopped working and with a pregnant wife and little child in the home, I couldn't wait through the summer night without working air. A technician was out at the house within 30-40 minutes and was able to diagnose and repair the problem.

Excellent, fast responses to all questions. Tony recommended a 2 speed system for maximum efficiency and comfort. I couldn't be happier - the system is extremely quiet because it normally runs on and quot;half speed.and quot;
Install went very well. You would never know the work was done unless you looked in the A/C closet to see the new unit - the team made a solid effort to keep everything clean. I have 2 new babies at home and asked to have the install completed before they arrived home from day care. The installers showed up early - pretty atypical considering the start time was scheduled for 7:15am. They were professional. Tony also stopped by in the middle of the job to make sure everything was going well and followed up with me the evening after to confirm everything was to my satisfaction and to see if I had any questions on the new unit.

The first real hot day of summer and our unit died. Tony was quick to help us get a new unit and were been cool ever since.

The in house unit of my central ac was leaking water. We call Ferrara's air repair on Monday morning at about 9am. They call back by 9:15am. They were at my house by 10am. and completed the job by noon. They were fair and honest. I have lived in florida for over 50 years and Ferrara's ac repair is the best.
