Michelle Denbesten at Ferguson was outstanding. She was very attentive and prompt in advising my wife and me on the many options specific to our requirements and objectives. Her knowledge of Ferguson's product lines was exemplary. As a result, we were able to quickly make the necessary decisions. She arranged for the delivery of the plumbing items and kitchen appliances to coincide with the contractor's schedule; they were delivered as scheduled. A very positive experience!

The person that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything he did was well organized. He ordered all the parts. The sales representative was also good.
