Excellence Move and Storage

Excellence Moving was beyond amazing and a complete lifesaver. We were in a bind as it was the last day of the month and we just experienced a nightmare with another company that left the job incomplete. Marcus (the owner) lifted my spirits from our very first phone call. He reassured me that he would do whatever it takes to make sure we were moved out of the house (although he had jobs all lined up for the next few days). From making phone calls to see what men could assist to telling me he would come himself, even if it was the end of the night, he would not leave us stranded. He was extremely professional, communicative, friendly, ....everything that you could look for from not only a moving company, but from a caring individual to assist you in such an important and possibly stressful situation as a move. He provided instructions with what to do in preparation and when he came himself with his employee I was in awe of how quickly and organized everything was done. We spent two days with the prior moving company that still left about 1/3 of the house a mess and Marcus and Nick quickly disassembled, repacked, and moved everything within a little over an hour. Marcus not only provides a quality job, he provides peace of mind. Efficient, reasonably priced, and PROFESSIONAL. 10 stars and so much gratitude towards Marcus and Nick.
