The inspectors performed well above expectations. It is a family business and 3 people came out to inspect the home we want to buy. They were prompt and very thorough. They went over EVERYTHING (they were so detailed that they even found some tiny tears in the screening and an exposed nailhead) ! It was obvious that they took pride in their business because they took the time to answer all of my questions and show me any issues they found. They were also knowledgeable about replacement and repair estimates. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
