 + -1 moreThey were unresponsive. I was 5 minutes late to our appointment to have the windows measured and he was not there. Then I got the runaround regarding this. It was very exasperated in trying to reschedled that I finanlly went with someone else.

 + -1 moreHorrible...worst consumer experience of our lives. 83 consumer complaints on BBB website so far and growing....broward county building division Investigator Oscar Brookins recommended that their license be revoked.
Description of Work: CONSUMER WARNING: THIS COMPANY HAS OVER 83 COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND HAS BEEN DISCIPLINED REPEATEDLY BY BROWARD COUNTY BUILDING DIVISION AND REPORTED TO THE FLORIDA STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR CRIMINAL FRAUD. This company was contracted to replace windows in my home and my neighbor's home, and it was the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a company in our lives.....Russ Morgan is the company owner, and he and his band of thieves have repeatedly lied, lied, and lied more.....they use blackmail and intimidation, including implying that they will sexually assault women who complain about them. His accomplice, Bryan Plourde is also a complete liar, and we are now waiting over 13 months to receive a refund as promised....this company also used toxic caulk in our homes (OSI SBR-100), THAT CAUSES PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE PER THE WARNING LABELS, without even mentioning this fact to the homeowners....Anyone doing business with this company is absolutely insane.

 + -1 moreThey were quite responsive on the phone and sent an estimator right over. The estimator said I would to have the ENTIRE porch rescreened rather than one panel as the screen they used now would not match the color of the other panels since ''that screen is old and not used any longer''. When I told the guy that the patio screens were only 6 months old, he backed off and said he would try to match only the one panel. He said it would cost only $55, but they never came back. Although I can't say for sure, it seemed like they were trying to make a small inexpensive job into a bigger more expensive job.
Description of Work: Called for estimate on replacing damaged screen in patio.
