Do not send your unit for these people to fix it. My Marantz SR7015 had the blinking red light. I had sent it to these folks because Marantz warranty allows them to fix it. They accused me of breaking my Marantz at first, without even looking at the unit. They had told me it wasn't under warranty, when it was. A quick call or check to Marantz could have told you this. Then their tune changed once they knew they were getting paid. They kept it for a month. I followed up and they tried to make it look like they have been trying to reach me, false, they had lied. Then they charged me $35 for a new box. They purchased a $5 box from Home depot and shipped it later. When I went in to plug my Marantz, I heard a low hum sound. It had never done that. Not only do they have poor customer service, they don't follow up or keep in touch with you, accuse you for something they haven't even diagnosed or you didn't do, and then finally send you back your unit with terrible wrapping. If you want to deal with a terrible company who thinks its your fault all the time for being a customer (especially Liz), for never following up, and to not even fully fix your issue, be my guest. You have been warned. Do not send it here. Send your units elsewhere.

It has been 10 weeks and I have not got anything resolved. I keep getting the run around when I ask about my VCR. They keep saying they have to get parts from over seas. I have called multiple times and have received horrible customer service and no results. A VCR should not take 10+ weeks to fix.

Very pleased with the communication.  They called once they had diagnosed the problem and gave me the price to repair it.  The repair was done within 3 days.  Now the receiver works like new.  I was surprised to find someone who actually knew how to do the repair locally.

The technician, Sam, came to my house to disconnect 5-disk carousel DVD player(which I depend on for both music and daily physical therapy workout videos), bring it back to company to be repaired, then reconnect it to both the TV & speakers once repairs were done.  I spoke with Liz at the office several times to discuss the diagnostic fee, then the price to repair & subsequent authorization and delivery options upon completion. (Though I would have preferred to pay less, I did have to pay extra for pick-up & delivery, which was essential for me) Overall, it was a very good experience: From beginning to end, everything was explained to me; appointments were both convenient & accommodating; there were no hidden fees, both Liz and Sam were courteous, professional and patient with my questions & concerns.  I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again.

I used the "contact us" email on the web site and received a reply first thing the next morning. I thought the crossover was defective, but Jason suggested they diagnose the problem before I ordered a replacement crossover. When I brought the speaker to the shop, I arrived just a few minutes before closing time. Despite that, they disassembled the speaker and diagnosed the problem to be the the tweeter driver, not the crossover, on the spot. They allowed me to order the replacement part from the manufacturer myuself. When I picked up the repaired speaker, I was happy to learn that the only charge was the $50 I initially paid for the estimate. The email replies could have been a little more timely, but other than that, a great experience.

Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. I called up after I dropped off my TV to find out about the status, and left two messages, both of them unreturned. Eventually the company called me up to ask me if I wanted to replace the board inside the TV which they said needed to be replaced. I told them to go ahead, since I was already comitted for $53. They said any repairs would be deducted from the $53 I had already spent. The receptionist, who is not very friendly, said it would be $225 plus tax to replace the board, that would come to $185.50 after the $53 diagnotic fee was taken into account. When I got there, the unfriendly receptionist asked for $190.80 she said there was a junk-fee for "shop supplies" for $5.30. She said that I signed my paperwork acknowledging that, and then she pointed to a board that had about fifty different prices, one of them said shop fees $2, which certainly doesn't match-up with $5.30. I later checked my paperwork; it said shop fees of $5.30 wil. This is not English and it frankly means nothing when someone who is just getting an estimate looks at this unintelligible English. This company is all business and all about sacking you for as much money as possible, they will nickle-and-dime you anway they can! After I paid all their ridiculous fees, including $90 per hour for labor, the technician didn't even offer to carry the TV out to my car. If I spend ten dollars at Publix they carry out my groceries; at this place they offer no extras, except extra charges to sack you as much as they can. Awful service--they should be called the Dewey, Cheatem and Howe of TV repair!
