Very professional and quick response. However, it seems that servicing Dade County may be a problem if someone needs same-day service. They sent a proposal by email which was a little high but would consider using in the future.

Dade county is our main service area, just like any other company or service we can get booked up sometimes, and it may take a couple days to schedule an appointment at most. Our response time is much better than our competitors and most our clients are very satisfied with our turn around time. We do offer same day analytical lab services if required. Our prices are very competitive, if compared with other reputable and certified companies.

Description of Work: I had water spots on a wall in the bedroom and I was concerned that there may be mold in between the walls. They came out two days after I called, checked all the plumbing, the air conditioning, took air samples and told me overall the house looked great. The spots were on the front of the wall rather than inside the wall. They said they will call back if the air samples show something.
