Eagle Comprehensive Home Inspections

Everything was excellent. A detailed inspection that went beyond expectations. Jacob (Owner) went through all details of his findings with us. He answered all our questions (including the dumb ones), and gave us very honest advice regarding the house and also the neighborhood. Point out all concerned areas and alternate approaches to solve it. I felt that i was talking to my old man about the pros and cons of the house. Very professional, but at the same time he used very friendly and understandable language to explain everything. We felt very comfortable to ask questions and we got honest and humble answers. We definitively will recommend this company and I will use them without doubt. the Price was more than right for the service rendered. Reports were detailed including pictures as evidence of findings. We got the reports that same night.

The home inspector Jacob was amazing. Very detailed and went over everything and did miss a thing. I’ve had home inspections done on several properties but Jacob by far was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone and ask for Jacob. Also Marsha was amazing as well with her professionalism and always available to answer Any questions and getting that report to me extremely fast. Overall my experience was an A+. Thank you!

John Telschow performed the inpection and found a small leak in the roof in an area that was barely accessible. The pictures were clear and pertinent and the report was professionally prepared.. The revelation of the leak aided me in making the correct decision with regards to the puchase of the property. And yes, I am using Eagle again to inspect the new house we are hoping to buy. I was very impressed! The inspectors had the knowledge and equipment to perform an in depth home inspection. They took time to explain and point out problem areas as needed. They explained the importance of each problem area which helps me prioritize repairs. I can't imagine a better home inspection. Highly recommend!

John's inspection was extremely thorough. He made recommendations for current issues needing attention and for potential problems that may present in the near future. We met him at the house when he began his inspection and found him to be very personable. It went exceptionally well. Being in NY and the home in Florida we were able to get a complete inspection done with the ability to ask questions after. The company also made it very easy to schedule, make a payment and full inspection done while still in NY. A full detailed report was sent including photos etc. to my email and any questions were answered just by calling. They would explain at great length answers to all questions. I would highly recommend them and if I need another inspection done I would certainly use this company.

His report was very professional & complete

I was extremely pleased with the entire process. We are purchasing a home in another state so weren't able to be there during the inspection. John's report was thorough and very detailed. We received the report within 24 hours of the inspection. We subsequently had several conversations to answer all of our questions. John couldn't have been more helpful.
