It was an easy process and Cesar was very concerned that enough of the boards were replaced so they didn't have any seams in weird places.  They removed the tiles from the roof, did the repair, and would have painted the facias but I wasn't on the ball enough to get the paint ahead of time.  No big deal.  My husband completed the painting the next day.  We had a conversation about the roof and we showed him the inspection report we got when we bought the house which we were not present at 8 months earlier.  He offered to check around in the garage and showed us what looked like an old repair that we were not aware of.  At that point he offered to go up on the roof and check out a cricket that the inspector had flagged.  The cricket was pretty dried out and would need attention or it would end up leaking.  He showed me where to look inside the house so I could keep my eye on it.  We decided to just go ahead and have him fix it.  No sense waiting for it to leak and then I have to deal with a painting contractor.  Anyway, he did the job for a fair price.  The flashing leaked a bit when it rained.  We called him to come back and check it out, and knew immediately what had happened.  He sent the guys over and it is all fine.  I would use him again.  He cares about doing a good job and wants his customers to be satisfied.  I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to family, friends, and neighbors.  ***** (5 stars) :)

He was very good because I’ve used him before and I have forgotten that I have another problem. He came and he didn't charge me. He took responsibility for it and I was quite happy. It was excellent. They stood behind their work and it’s past their warranty. They worked for a few hours. I was very satisfied. You absolutely cannot go wrong. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out and installed my skylight only 2 days after initially requesting the service. They were prompt and professional. They even sent me the NOA for the skylight after it was installed. So many other roofers wouldn't even return my call, let alone bother to send me something after I already paid. I was very impressed that they followed up with the NOA and will definitely use them again for any roofing work.
