The overall experience was great! The girls at the office were very knowledgeable and excelled at their customer service. My kitchen ended up looking perfect, just they way I wanted. They even made some recommendations to better achieve the look I wanted.

Overall a good experience. Color matching was a problem but they got it solved and the overall quality and product was good. Very reasonable prices and I would recommend them to others.

They started the project and it took 6 weeks to complete, due to the lack of supervision. They made empty promises they could not keep. Their crew hardly ever arrived on the days they scheduled, and when they did arrive I had to supervise them. In November 2020, they took a piece of my Countertop to cut to size, and they still have not returned it. I requested their License and Insurance Certificates, and they still have not produced them. I will not recommend hiring this company. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

My husband and I write this recommendation for Diamond Blue Stone & Kitchen as a very satisfied customer. I had the pleasure of working with Moises on the refinishing of my kitchen cabinets. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Moises was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear about the process for refinishing our kitchen cabinets. Our job was done with care and precision. He and his team was extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistants never left the worksite in disarray or job dust from trailing throughout the house. It was amazing to me by just changing the color of our cabinets, we feel like we have a brand new kitchen. AND all was done in less than a week!!

I highly recommend them! After meeting with several different companies for design and estimates we decided to go with Blue Diamond based on the how professionally they responded to all our questions and concerns, quality of the products, and the cost. Where some places wanted to charge us to measure, that was done at no cost to us so that they could give us an accurate design and quote. They had everything we wanted in terms of cabinet features. The whole process was great and painless. Once we finalized the design, cabinet selection, countertop, and sink they were able to start the following week. We asked how long the whole process would take from demo to completion and they said it would be about 7 business days. Well let me tell you, they were fast and professional all the way. They came when they said, they were clean and tidy, there where no hidden fees or charges at all. Everything was installed and delivered as promised. Brenda from the office, who quoted and designed everything with us, called us several times to make sure things were going well and that we were happy. I am happy with how everything turned out and would happily recommend them to anyone renovating!!!

They completed both bathrooms in one week, as they said. They coordinated and scheduled the granite, vanities and plumbing install, so I did not have to deal with it. They were great with coming out to do some touch ups and polishing, as requested. I loved dealing with 3 young women, who were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to give their opinions. That was a great plus, too. I highly recommend them!

Brenda not only helped me review all of their kitchen cabinet options, she took the time to explain the entire kitchen cabinets tear-down and installation process and answer any questions that I had. They were very professional, arrived on time and did great work. I LOVE my new Kitchen cabinets.

A good job requires revisiting details that are only visible after "living" with the project. Blue Stone was always ready and prepared to respond and fix any blemish: there were few.

Defective countertop installed and careless installation in my opinion- The owner made 2 home visits and has agreed to correct to satisfaction. Therefore- once the job is complete- I will add to the review. So far - I am appreciative of the fact that they are willing to work with me and make me -once again a happy - The whole crew at “diamond blue” worked 💯 to make sure that ultimately I am totally satisfied with my countertop. They stand by their word when they say they’re not satisfied until the customer is happy... and... I am!

We could not be happier with the quality and timely service from this family run company. They built a bookcase and bathroom cabinet from a picture and we are extremely happy with the quality! I highly recommend Diamond Blue Stone, LLC. After spending two and a half years renovating our home, I was very happy when Diamond Blue Stone was here to measure the day after we first talked and in ten days the shelves were installed. Very professional and detailed oriented.
