Delivery Done Now

This was an excellent experience. They showed up when promised. The guys who came were professional and courteous. They had to deal with winding stairs and they made it look easy and did it with a smile on their faces. Would definitely use them again!

We had a new bathtub and toilet we wanted taken to the Habitat Restore. To complicate matters the items were in our 2nd floor condo with no elevator. I called several moving/hauling companies, and got either exorbitant prices or disinterest in the job. Julio's price was very fair. His crew arrived right on time and were professional, efficient, and courteous, and took care not to scratch the walls or floor as they were removing these large heavy items. We highly recommend Delivery Done Now and will definitely use them again in the future.

It was not an easy job. They had to remove the legs for the furniture to fit through a doorway and they did not hesitate to do that and were such fine gentlemen, were very helpful to me and did a great job.

Smoothly and it was a pleasant experience!

Let me start off by saying the guys worked hard but not very smart which left me disappointed and exhausted. They were two hours late, which was very stressful and we ended up finishing in the dark. They did not wrap items going out or into home. I've moved 4 times in 7 yrs and this is the first time I've seen this not done. As a result, items got scratched by scraping against wood dollies, by being tilted and by hitting the walls. They also ended up sweating on everything. After finding out a couple of couch pillows was drenched in sweat I asked them to let me unload the couch pillows. I then had to Lysol everything (couch, beds and furniture). While taking unwrapped items up the stairs they smeared sweat all over the recently painted walls and they ended up dinging, denting and scratching the walls and stair banister (also recently painted). I now have to fix and repaint, sweat stained walls, dents and scratches after spending over $4k for the paint job. The guys worked hard and were really nice but I would not hire them again. Sorry but this was my experience

Julio was fantastic in providing an estimate. The movers showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. The moved all items carefully resulting in a smooth move without any problems. For me, this was a "headache-free move" where everything was taken care of without any issues. They even provided an extra box to add some last minute items, free of charge. Overall the move was pleasant and stress-free.

These guys were excellent. They were able to make an appointment for me with basically one days notice, as my buyer wouldn't allow us the 4 days time that they had originally agreed upon. The crew was on time and got us on the road in a few hours, which was quite a task, as we own quite a few very large, very heavy pieces of furniture. Even with a light rain shower they were able to get an entire truck loaded, delivered, and unloaded in about 5 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything went well - from our initial meeting to establish the cost to the actual move. Julio, the business owner, and his team of movers were all very pleasant and very professional. While moving can be stressful, they created an atmosphere of calm and assurance.

These guys were amazingly fast - arrived on time, nicer than nice. I would use these people again in a heartbeat. True example of don't sweat it. Leave the moving to these people!

As an Interior Designer in the south Florida tri-county area, I count on Delivery Done Now constantly. 
I can call up in advance or at the spur of the moment and they will accomendate as best they can. I also do not have to meet them on the delivery as I know that my clients will be treated with the utmost professional service. I even know the guys names as their employee turn around ratio is very low. I would highly recommend Delivery Done Now in the future. They are a company I depend on.

The move went extremely well thanks to the dedication and the expertise of the 2 men who performed the move. We had a couch that had to have its legs and base removed in order to get it through the door of the new condo and it still was a very difficult thing to do because of a very tight turn immediately inside the front door of the apartment. All indications were that the piece would just not make the turn due to its length and depth, but they would not give in. they continued to work at it, trying every conceivable angle possible to maneuver the piece into the unit. Finally after many attempts and BRUTE strength they were able to get the piece in with a very minor touch up required on the wall that was causing all the problems. If they had said at any point that it could not be done, it would have been completely understandable and I would have concurred! However, I am guessing that the disappointed look on my wife's face, being faced with the reality that the couch would not make the move with us, spurred them on with the never say die attitude they brought to their job! They were just great, truly professional and well suited for their jobs! Our thanks goes out to them, they truly exceeded our expectations facing the dim prospect of losing the heart and sole of our living room and saved the day. Delivery Done Now was a company that was a pleasure to deal with from the original estimate meeting through the day of the move. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning any type of move, large or small. They were timely, worked hard, competent and definitely respectful handling our possessions with the same care as if the items were their own.
