They came out the same morning we called them and it took them two days to do all the work.  We were happy to have the leak repaired quickly since water was coming out from the laminate floor in one of the bedrooms and the water damage already extended along a large area in the house.  Mistakenly we thought there was no time to shop around for quotes for this repair job, since we wanted to avoid extending the damage even further.  As a result, we feel that this company took advantage of our emergency situation and our inexperience and charged us an extremely high price for the repair (over $7,000 for just 2 days of work --- see details above).  Additionally, we didn't look at all the details of their work until they had left.  The finish on the outside walls looks unprofessional.  You can even see a bump on the outside of the kitchen wall, where the new pipe comes in the house now, and we had to patch by ourselves some small holes they missed. 

Since we had no idea what the work should cost, we just took a shot in the dark, since our kitchen sink faucet was not working and we thought the work was more costly than we expected. When the man came, he had a woman with him, who he said was his wife. She was pleasant and friendly. She seemed to assist him, especially to remind him what was next on his list and at the end of the job, cleaned up!
