It went very well. They were communicative prior to the inspection with setting up the appointment and appointment reminder. They showed up on time and promptly performed the inspection. After the inspection, they went over the results and sent another follow up email asking if I had any other questions.

Got 4-point inspection for my insurance company. Very professional, responsive, fair price and overall great experience.
