"Good morning, [member name removed]. Thank you for providing Critter Control with your feedback regarding the service that was provided at your home in January of this year. The circumstances on your property were a little different than a newly occurring wildlife conflict. We had previously been to your home in April 2011 to provide a similar removal and exclusion of squirrels. Our repairs are warrantied for one year against re-entry of the target species. Unfortunately, it had been a couple of years since our last visit and your repairs were not under any warranty at that time. Upon inspection, we did see that an area that was previously repaired in 2011 was breached by squirrels again. That repair was aesthetically displeasing and had it not already been breached, we certainly would have adjusted the repair to meet our current high standards. Our recommendation was that a warranty renewal (which included the inspection of all previous repairs done in 2011 and extended coverage on those areas for one additional year) and the removal of the squirrels be completed. We also re-repaired the area that was breached, at no charge to you. It would have been the same cost to simply repair the single area and remove the squirrels, but your benefit with the warranty renewal (and with the single area repair at no charge) was far greater. I do want to apologize for any misunderstanding on what was included in our service. We do value your business, especially being a long-term client, at Critter Control. Should squirrels breach an area that we repaired within your warranty period, you will be completely covered for removal and re-repair of the area. "Mr. I won't dispute all your claims as far as being on hold and the lack of service. There were some issues with service and our technician instead of declining the job, thought he could work with you in getting your armadillos caught. You have to admit he was successful the fist day and due to state laws and also a truck service issue we were not able to be at your home over the weekend. Our office explained to you that we would extend your service period so we could get the second armadillo caught for you but you declined and cancelled service. We would have been happy to work with you and extend the trapping period to solve your problem. We are sorry the we did not meet your expectations and we will be sure to take your comments to heart to insure future customers do not have the same experience."
