Started very well. Richard is a nice guy with good intentions. We moved from out of state and were living in a hotel while our house was being worked on so it was very important to finish the work on time. Rich has a tendency in over promising and underperforming. Richard did a great job on the work he did but he hired someone to do the drywall and painting. The employee he hired said he was owed $1700 dollars for unpaid work and showed up at our door everyday looking for his money from Richard. I had Rich do multiple jobs at my house. He was ale to correctly, and efficiently  put a air unit in a window, paint the house, and fix many of the problems i my bathroom. The work was exceptionally well.

The above section explains it all, Never trust a company until they give you a job quote!!  He told us that he had experience doing this kind of work but I don't believe that now because he would have been more up front with us. The reason we will not use this company again is because after asking him a couple of times as to how much longer it would take he could never give us a commitment and the last time we asked he said one day but that turned into 4 days at our expense.

my racks fell down in my closet.  Called Angie's List to get a recommendation.  He came out and fixed one of the 2 racks.  After he left I tried to hang up my clothes and they fell down and the rack cracked.  He was going to come out on 9/24/12 at 10:00am to put up the second rack and fix the first rack and he never came out or even called to tell me he was going to be late.  He over charged me.

He did a good job overall. He could not resolve an electrical problem and referred me to specific electrician.

We are very pleased with how the work was done.  With his variety of skills and the expertise he has shown so far, we have already identified some future jobs he can do for us.

We were just talking about calling them again. They charge $60 an hour. He was on time and did a conscientious job. He kept to a reasonable time frame to finish the job. We trust him enough to use him again.

We had some work that needed to be done in our house b/c of water damage. We found Rich online when we were searching for a contractor. He was responsive to our calls, came out and assessed the work to be done, and then gave us estimates and brought out another guy to give estimates on another area. They were both thorough and professional. We spoke with them about a start date, and they were here on time and worked through the day. If he is ever going to be late he will call you and let you know so you aren't sitting waiting for him. There were times when he could have taken a short cut on some work, but instead he would take the time and run out and get the one little piece he would need to assure that the job was done correctly. He did work as if it was done in his own house. Sometimes there were extra costs b/c of materials he would need, but he is very honest and gives the receipt with his invoice.
