While I will stress that we are pleased with the end product -- the service and delivery was extremely poor. The phone service was provided by a grouchy person who seemed to be bothered answering calls. The measuring and quote required two separate visits to the house -- which were time consuming. Then- I had to call the business back 4 weeks later to check on the job. My first installation appointment was a no-show. Finally - a second appointment for installation was successful for installation. The business operations seem inefficient and I was frustated by the time the job was completed.

Walked in at 11:30am needing two glass door panels replaced that got broke the night before. At 1:30 Justin was at my door and replaced both window panels. The service was excellent, very professional and QUICK. I would recommend to all my friends and neighbors. Same day service, great price, nice people.
