I was referred to Conner Plumbing by another property manager who assured me that Conner was the best.  I took the information in case I ever needed it.  When I gave them a chance to make me shine, they came through beautifully.  Every time I call them, they step right up and save the day for my customers and myself.  You never have to play the telephone maze to speak to someone.  You never get voicemail.  You never get an attitude when you present an emergency.  The follow-up is over the top.  They have much to be proud of...and they make me look good.   

Have used Conner Plumbing on multiple occasions. One was a low water pressure situation, where they diagnosed and fixed the problem.  They had to check all the pipping including where it was coming in from the city. A+

We had been hearing water running for months resulting in increasing water bills.Called in one plumber and he was talking about drilling through walls and floors,etc,and quoting prices of 2000 dollars or possibly more.  Jason was recommended by  a friendwho had used his services and was pleased with his work. Jason quickly located where the leak was and by the next day,athe whole problem was resolved and  at a much more reasonable price than that quoted by the first plumber.

  I would highly recommend Conner plumbing and will surely use him again should the occasion arise.

We had a toilet that was not efficient and needed to be replaced. Learned all about toilets and their different heights, flush rates..

We have always been happy with Conner Plumbing. They are quick to return calls, schedule service and perform quality work.

Called company in morning and explained problem. Stated would see if had a tech available to see me right away, called me back in a half hour and stated could send someone right out and could be there in a half hour. The tech (Andre) arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I explained what was encountering and what I had done to try to remedy. He proceeded to explain would need to remove the toilet to snake the line as could not find a clean out access. I had mentioned would like to scope it to see what the blockage was as was fearing tree roots, said this could be done but would run extra. He then quoted me the price w/ snaking and scoping which I felt was reasonable and proceeded. Freed the blockage after 80' of snaking, then scoped and found roots!, which I got to see on screen for myself. He quoted me a price to fix the problem which entailed digging up line, repairing and installing a new cleanout to grade. The price seemed reasonable for a plumber but still not in our budget at this time. He did not try to hard sell it which I appreciated. He replaced and caulked the toilet (nice touch) and cleaned up the mess. I would use this company again for plumbing issues. Hoping will not be for some time. Thanks Conner Plumbing!

He arrived on time and did an excellent job. The area under the sink is congested. There is a garbage disposal, lines to the dishwasher and refrigerator. I was not about to attempt the work myself. When the work was finished, he cleaned up the area and took all the old faucet parts with him. All I had to do was put all my and quot;stuffand quot; back under the sink. I will call Conner Plumbing for any future work.

I needed my 50 gallon water heater replaced. I got quotes from a few companies some wanted as much as $850! Conner Plumbing was very prompt and professional on the phone. The owner actually stayed on the phone with me for quite a while and explained all the options I had in detail. They also gave me the lowest price so I decided to go with them.

The day the plumber showed up he realized that my pipes needed additional work to install the water heater properly. They didnt do an inspection first since they thought it was a typical job. The plumber said he would do it for free, no problem. I forgot to mention the additional pipe work to Conner but another plumbing company came by and said I needed that done and wanted extra for it! The plumber cleaned everything up and hauled off the old water heater. A very honest company that I would highly recommend.

Oustanding performance! Jason Conner and his company are a pleasure to work with. They appear on time,do an excellent job and work to budget. When problems exist, Jason is very creative in resolving them. He is a perfectionist, and I recommend him without reservation.
