Excellent. Ron arrived exactly on time. He is courteous, respectful, and patient. He explained things to me clearly without a lot of tech talk. I appreciated his methodical approach to problem-solving. He also gave me good advice about various programs that I may want to consider. My PC is older but the hard drive was replaced in 2018. He told me we have a high quality hard drive and it should last us a few more years. He also answered my questions about a possible new model and explained the features of the one we are considering. We would hire him again. You may want to hire him for a "tune-up" because he really optimized our computer and it is running great now. I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

They are great.  The guy that they sent out was Robert.  He was great.  He was very competent and very good.  He was very thorough.  He has patience with the people who are not computer expert.  Patience is very important for a computer tech person.  Lot of time it sounds that they talk in a different language to most people and then you'll have to ask what they meant by that.  They come to your home and you do not have to carry anything, anywhere.  They are very prompt.  When they say they are going to be there, they are there.  The price was very fair considering that they came to my home.  They will explain two or three times if needed.
