Coastal Real Estate Inspection Services LLC

I am in the process of purchasing a single family home. I did not decide until late in the inspection period to have radon testing done so I was looking for a company that could respond quickly and be cost-effective. I found Coastal's information along with several other companies on the state's radon website.When I called Coastal I spoke with Christine. She spent the time answering all of my questions and was very professional. Christine assured me they could meet my time requirements and they certainly did. They were also the very competitive in their pricing. Some other companies quoted prices that were 30% to 50% higher than Coastal's and were performing the same type of testing. I was very happy with the overall service received by Coastal. The only issue that came up was when I initially scheduled the appointment with Christine she said she would be the person coming out to the property to place the radon test kits. However, the day before the testing I called the state of Florida to confirm that Coastal was certified to perform the test they said yes but the only tech certified to do the testing was Al Hoffer. I called Christine back and told her my findings. Christine said Al Hoffer is her father and she had no problem sending him out to do the radon testing. I met Al the next day at the property, he was on time and professional.
