Joe at City Wide Auto is a first class mechanic and customer service rep. 
I had an issue involving my car sitting at another mechanics shop for nine days without so much as an estimate.  Every time I called I was given a different excuse for why it hadn't been evaluated yet.  Joe walked me through the steps necessary to retrieve my car from that h*** hole.  He let me drop the car off overnight which was very convenient for me.  We spoke again the next day and he was very clear about how they would handle the diagnosis and repair.  After evaluating the problem, they decided it was best for a specialist to complete the repair.  The transmission experts they outsource to thankfully are close by and they were able to diagnose and repair the issue within two days.  Altogether it took a total of three days from the time my car was first seen until it was ready for pickup.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable I must say, less than $200 is a blessing!  Thanks to the honesty and integrity of these guys I was given a more than fair price.  In a world where auto repair shops take advantage and overcharge so many customers, I have to say that City Wide Auto is a safe haven for all of us.

I had an oil change performed recently on my 2003 4Runner, and was told that I needed to replace my rear brakes. But I wanted the opinion of a great mechanic I know so I took it to Joe at City Wide Auto. He checked it out and confirmed that I needed new brakes.so I asked him to do the job. His prices are always reasonable, and he does great work.

scheduled a fluid change, spark plugs and filters (routine maintenance). They noted brakes were very worn, replaced pads and rotors. Extremely professional, great prices, very good work. This shop has done all maintenance on both of our cars and always does a great job at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended!

They do a tremendous job looking over everything so I feel good about the safety of the cars. Their mechanics are top of the line and very knowledgeable about the automobiles. They take their time and do it right. I'm very happy.
