When we initially found him, he had like a "B" rating on Angie's List. What I like about him is that he's prompt and he's quick to respond. My experience hasn't been really negative yet; I haven't noticed anything. I've spoken to him once and my wife has spoken to him twice so as far as improvement, I'm not quite there yet. He came out and I asked him what he thought. He told me that my pool is old. It's outdated and the diving board is giving away and he gave some recommendations. I appreciated that. We pay $80 a month. We had a few other people and asked what they were going offer and everybody else seemed to be a little higher than them so for me, I'm good with his price. He was quick and even when he couldn't talk, at the very least I was getting text messages from him so he was responding to me. Even though it wasn't verbal, I was still getting some kind of feedback from him and it didn't seem like all my inquiries were going into a black hole. He's a little rough around the edges. He does get emotional when he's discussing things that he's passionate about. For example, the people who maintained the pool prior to this, he was just not happy with them and he let me know about it. For me, that's perfectly fine. I appreciate knowing that he wears his heart on his sleeve but the others may not take that as being professional. I would absolutely use him in the future and would also recommend him.
