The job started earlier than expected which was to my liking. I was told that it would take about 6 wks before they would be able to start so , i was happy that it was sooner. However, they did not realize that PGT hadn't sent all of the windows, so i was missing two windows, and the installers had to come back to finish the job. That was not a problem for me, except that i was asked to pay the company more money , about 25% more, in addition to the 50% deposit given them, even though the job was not done yet. The job was completed the following week, so i didn't have to wait long, which was good. Overall , would say they are a good company, and I am satisfied with the work done. The installers were very nice, polite and wanted to please. Kudos to them.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO DO THE WORK AND THEY HAD THE JOB FINISHED ON TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY NICELY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
