cell phone service
 + -1 moreI bought a cellular phone at this store June 11, 2007. I returned the phone within the time period designated (2 days later) using the instructions provided. Since that date, I have been put in collection agency for phone company which was canceled at the same time. I have notified the 1-866-724-8100 (main office) as well as the local store listed above. Each time they tell me they are going to take care of the situation and contact the current collection agency that is calling me. The dates I have talked to the 1-866-724-8100 number are: 6-13-07 (Amber), 7-13-07 (Amber), 7-17-07 (Amber). When still not resolved I spoke to Gabriel on 9-14-07 (954-876-0365. At that time, Gabriel called Amber while I was on hold. He apologized and stated that it would be taken care of, that Amber would fax the collection agency. Today, 10-22-07, the collection agency called again.
Description of Work: Bought Samsung Blackjack PDA Phone.
