Install of fence was fine, no problems. Guy who installed said if we had any problems, to just call and they can adjust and repair where needed. All the hardware has rusted. I called, and they told me to email them pictures. I had this same conversation 3 times with them. I’d send emails, and no one would respond. I called again and asked about black hardware as a replacement and they said it doesn’t exist. I’ve seen it on other fences. Seems to me they don’t care about existing customers. And don’t service their own products. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Contact was fine. Seemed to go OK, but seemed nervous, and I am not sure if he was uncomfortable about me and my partner. In any case, he left saying he would send samples and an estimate. Neither have arrived after about a week.
