A contractor disappeared on us leaving our master bathroom floor open- Castillos came out a day after I called, quoted us, and showed up the next day and finished the work in the morning. We are so grateful and plan to use them for our bathroom remodel in the future.

I just hired them yesterday to install tiles in my home. We signed a contract and were ready to work. The employee comes and be ready to work, 30min after the project manager comes and tell me they cannot do it at the same price only if I add $1200 for that job... that looks like a joke. The liability for this company is to take care of $1200 and they still can make money on that. You guys lost a good customer with 4 more jobs. Good luck!

The workmanship was excellent. The communication and dealing with the salesman was poor. You will need to be prepared to make several calls and hear several excuses. The office manager was the one who finally took care of problems. The salesman did not even come check on the work and collect the final payment. I eventually called the office and asked if they would like the balance.
