My experience with Cartier Moving services was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I engaged their services, paying a substantial $516 for two men for a three-hour job to load heavy items onto pods. However, right from the start, the experience was marred by tardiness. The crew arrived at 3:30 pm, well beyond the agreed-upon time, setting the tone for what would unfold. Rather than efficiently tackling the task at hand, they exhibited a blatant disregard for my instructions. My primary concern was the heavy furniture that needed to be carefully and securely loaded into the pods, but it seemed like they were more focused on the numerous boxes. To add insult to injury, after a mere hour and fifty-two minutes of work, they abruptly stopped at 5:22 pm. This not only left me feeling shortchanged but also raised serious questions about the integrity of their commitment to providing the service for which I had paid a significant sum. Attempting to address the issue, I pointed out that I had hired them explicitly for the heavy furniture, not the boxes. Unfortunately, my concerns fell on deaf ears, and the situation only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. In essence, my experience with Cartier Moving services was marked by their tardiness, a misguided focus on less critical items, and an early departure, leaving me questioning the value of the $516 I spent on their services. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Cartier Moving services based on this subpar experience.

The 3-man crew were very careful with my piano. They moved it into the house as if it were their own. I was very happy with them.

Sebastien and his crew were so courteous! He texted me to keep me updated on the status of the move. When he got to my home, he had carefully wrapped the piano with padding. He treated the piano with respect and was extremely helpful. I give Sebastien the highest rating!!!! Would definitely hire him again for other moving needs.

It was a great experience. We were informed on the starting time and confirmed. We saw the careful pack and disassemble. The loading was done with great care. We drove the same highway and were ready to receive the delivery. The 2 men, Sebastian and Johnny, delivered and set up the piano. They took a few minutes to make sure we were satisfied and receive payment. We were offered to make the payment by credit card or check. We felt the job was finished with excellent service and will call them again for future needs.

They were great to work with at the beginning. Very prompt. They showed up over an hour late to the move (sighting truck problems). I was paying an hourly rate and the guy was constantly on his phone, texting and taking calls.

Quick response. Worked professionally. Will recommend them and would hire again.

There was a slight delay to our agreed upon upload time, but They were fast, friendly, and efficient.

worst moving experience I have ever had in 10 years. very unprofessional and terrible quality of work. damaged multiple pieces of my furniture. brought a $20 small uhaul truck for an apartment to move my 3 bedroom house. we had to make 2 trips. the crammed my stuff into my storage with no organization just to damage more items.

Showed up on time and completed the job same day as promised. Flat fee, nothing broken, payment was due upon delivery. Very polite and professional. Communication leading up to moving day could have been better.
