furniture sales
+ -1 moreI had to call many times and finally write letters to the manager to get some action. Their solution did not work and did not address our concerns. The sofa continues to deteriorate in firmness and support. I am not satisfied with their response and will not purchase from Carls Furniture again.
Description of Work: Purchased lovely Alan White sofa and it was delivered 12/05. Within a few months I noticed sagging back pillows, skirt dipping in front, cushion fronts pulling unevenly and shifting the piping on the edge plus some wear on the platform. Called Carls in June and after a couple of months we finally connected and their tech said they couldn't do anything. I wrote a letter 10/06 to the manager. They sent an evaluator out who thought replacing the cushions might help. This only addressed one of the issues but we approved the change. The new cushions were so large the tech said they might burst the zippers. They didn't but cushions then began to slide forward and the rest of our concerns weren't addressed. Wrote another letter to the manager dated 12/06 with photos, called and left messages. No further response. I asked for a credit to purchase a different sofa as I was so dissatisfied with the quality of the model they sold to me.
