The gentleman came in and he had all the samples for the floor. He showed me the samples and he actually put them out on my hardwood floors and put them all over the house. He actually took the time to pick up the different samples and try to match them up with my furniture so it would get that 3-D look. There were four colors. It looked like 3-D when you walk into the house. He did an excellent job. He measured the floor and gave me an estimate and told me to think about it, sleep over it and get other estimates if I like but with his personality and his service, we went with the company. Within the next two days, the guys came in and installed the flooring. They were professional and neat. They cleaned up behind themselves. One piece of wood was kind of popped up a little and that was after they left. I called and they were back in the house after twenty-four hours and they kept apologizing. The floors are all guaranteed for twenty-five years. I think it is a little pricey but he gave us a twenty-five percent discount. I will refer them to anybody.
