BUSHWACKERS LANDSCAPING

We used this service for three years. On many occasions, the workers didn't want to do the work they were paid to do, like trimming ficus hedges, because they were "too busy", even though this is the work we paid them to do. Sometimes they wouldn't show up, and we had to call the owner, Nick, to find out what was going on. When a truck was broken down, etc, I think he should have had the courtesy to call us. Now, he has simply stopping showing up at all for us and for our next door neighbor. Phone calls to him go unreturned. We know the company is still operating, because we see his truck here and there and a another friend uses him and she confirmed that he is still showing up. If he didn't want to do our lawns anymore, he should have had the professionalism and courtesy to inform us of that instead of just disappearing. We stick with him when when of his workers was ill and for many weeks, we paid full price despite getting very inferior service because we were aware that the crew was short. I would never do business with this most un-professional man ever again.
