Greenhouse and Nursery Service
The whole delivery was just dumped on my driveway, with the sod and gravel ending up mixed up in each other on my driveway. The sod was completely burned and looked rather like hay than sod. Delivery truck was gone before I could complain... just took off after he let the delivery slide off his flatbed. Have pictures to proof the poor quality of the sod and the pile of gravel and sod mix that was dumped in my driveway.
Called to complain and he told me that recent frost slightly damaged sod, which he did not tell me 4 days before when I ordered. But he insisted I should not be worried as it'll grow back within a week. A week later of course it still looks exactly the same. In the meantime I have seen neighbors that put their sod down the same weekend and their sod looks pristine - so it cant be the frost as Bushel Stop claimed.
Recommendation 1:
If you order from them, Pay on delivery and refuse to accept delivery if poor quality and if he comes with a palette and no option to unload other than dump it.

Don't order from them, use alternatives
