Please understand that we have a strict order placement process in place that protects both the customer and our business from any issues or miscommunication. Your original order was processed quickly but when you decided to make a change to your order, we needed to generate a new invoice and have you sign it before we could proceed with placing the changes in your order. I understand that this was a bit frustrating for you but it is the way we run our business. We handle everything we do with utmost professionalism and don't cut corners. That's what makes us #1 in this industry. And in regards to installation, we get tons of shipments daily that needs to be reconciled. Once this is done, a list is sent to Mildred who then contacts customers to start scheduling installations that are ready. Again, we have a process in place for this. So, when you called to check the status of your order, your order was in and on the list of installs ready to be scheduled. But she had not started performing the scheduling task for that day. If you had not called, you would have definitely and without a doubt received a call from Mildred that same day to get your products installed. Again, my apologies if you feel your order was not properly handled. This is, honestly, the first time someone has left such a negative review but I respect your opinion and it only helps us get better at what we do. We, as we normally do with all customers, followed up a few times but you were waiting for your new windows to be installed. Somehow, during one of these follow ups, your wife was under the impression that we had placed her order. But we never received authorization via a signed invoice and deposit to proceed with an order. After your wife called back to schedule installation, my assistant notified her that order had not been placed. Again, the misunderstanding here is that you thought the order was placed at that point. And I apologize if we weren't clear enough about this.
