From October 2013 through March 2014 he kept telling me he would complete the job. But no work was done until March 25, 2014. when he had the asphalt removed without a permit. He lied about having the permit. He called for two inspections and failed both. Then Rozwell (Skip) Bridger of Bridger Concrete abandoned the job. He left deep holes and ruts in my yard when the sprinkler system was uprooted due to the asphalt removal. I was unable to park in the yard or the driveway. He left the driveway in a hazards condition with no yellow tape. I had to pay a sprinkler company to fix the sprinklers. He made promises he did not keep. I am filing a complaint against his license with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation Division in Tallahassee. Caveat emptor!
Description of Work: I contacted Bridger Concrete in September 2013, and Rozwell (Skip) Bridger promised a concrete stamped driveway would be done by October 31, 2013. Cost was $5,000.00. I paid $2500.00 by Oct. 5, 2013. He did take down a wooden closet in the driveway in Oct. 2013 and five months later had the asphalt removed. Often his phone did not work, and his fax did not work. There were many flat tires, and huge family issues.
