Valerie the receptionist was very pleasant and informative over the phone. Mr. Cole was able to fit me in on the same day I called. When he arrived he gave me an idea of issues that could occur and took me through the process as he worked. I made a slight error with my own measurments and Mr. Cole was able to work around it and there was no extra charge or longer work times. He and his assistant were focused, professional, clean, and not only gave the best phone estimate but they actually kept that price! They were in and out in a little over hour and that was with them investigating a totally separate issue I was having. I will surely call them again for all things plumbing!!! Thank you Mr. Cole!!
