I hired BG American plumbing to install my water heater. This is the best quality and service you can find in all of South Florida. They were extremely professional and were punctual, they made the whole process an ease. They definitely know what they are doing.

George came out and within the same day replaced the broken water heater. He took out the old water heater and even had to widen the area manually to do so because some remodeling had been done by previous owners who did not take into account that they wouold ever need to replace the water heater. All this he did at no extra charge. Friendly and cost-effective service. We have since used George again for a samll plumbing job in a guest bathroom; again, a solid and cost-effective performance.

Because of my choice of water heater, there was a delay in obtaining it. This was in no way the fault of George, who did his best to get delivery, and to keep me informed of the situation as it developed. Once the heater arrived, theprocess, from removal of the old, leaking one to the installation of the new heater went ahead smoothly and quickly. George is a master plumber. He is a pleasant and very likeable individual. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
