Of course no one in a sound state of mind would hire a roofer who doesn't even bother to ever return the call for estimate. They must be either super busy or out of business. BTW, as of today Best Choice Roofing is still advertising as accredited by Better Business Bureau (BBB) in their ad in Home Pro's Guide, offering a coupon for $280 Off with the ad.......
Description of Work: I called on 06/13/2013 at 2:45PM, spoke to the owner Fernando Gomes regarding replacement of the shingle roof on my house and god appointment for estimate for the next day, 06/14/2013 at 2:00 PM. Nobody from the company cancelled or showed up until 3:45PM so I called Mr. Gomes back. I got him on the phone, but as soon as I introduced myself he dropped the call. Giving him a benefit of doubt (phn connection etc.) I called again at 4:45. My call went to the answering machine, where I left my number again and asked that my call be returned. Nobody called me back until now, almost one month later.
