Brian inspected inside and outside for condition of roof and for leaks. He took photos of all sections of the roof and pointed out where a recent pressure cleaner damaged over 40 tiles!! He went above and beyond what the big "deal" called for. He explained what we should be planning on with an older roof. We plan to bring them back to do further needed repairs and only use them in the future for pressure cleaning. He even fixed the tile damage causing a bedroom leak. Sincere and honest, something hard to find in South Florida these days.

I spoke to the owner he didn't seem to care. I had already paid so there isn't any thing that I can do. The gouge marks on the facia is where I believe the father of the people doing the roof tried to pull the flashing out farther . The 3 inch piece of flashing they piece meiled in is a joke.

We agreed he would come on a Wednesday. I waited all day for him to show up on Wednesday. He never showed up or called. I called him the same day and he said he had me written down for Thursday. He came and climbed on the roof and did some work and took pictures and said he would write up an estimate for roof tiles that need to be fixed. He never got back to me with an estimate. He is unreliable and not welcome back at this point.

Everything went very well he checked out the attic as well as the roof and the walls he is a very honest man he gave my husband and I a name of a plumber he went. Above and beyond I certainly would recommend to anyone having everything problem he definitely would be the guy for you he knows what he's talking about Denise

A guy came and he looked over the roof for about half an hour. He was alright but there was nothing great about him. I do not know if I would recommend him because he told me that I needed something done and then he came back for $300 to do something that took about ten minutes so I think that I was kind of ripped off on that second time. The responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism of the worker was fine. He was friendly and nice but you will never know with roofers anyway. I am not sure and that is why I used Angie's List because other roofers could be notorious for giving you bad estimates and everything.

Fine. The insurance company was happy with what he did.

Went well. Initially there was a little issue with scheduling but overall they did as promised in a professional and timely manner. Would definitely use again.

It turned out very well. He kind of gave me an idea of given when they house was built, how long barrel tile roof would last and the potential areas where I could have trouble spots. I didn't really feel like he was looking to get a quit job. I think that he basically diagnosed the roof. He thought it was in good shape, and those troubled areas, he just said I wasn't having any leaks right now and it didn't seem to be a problem, just keep an eye on it and if something did pop up, that's when I probably should address something that needed to be done. I felt very satisfied with them. I felt like they were very honorable. I thought the pricing was very reasonable.

Had to call / email for confirmation of appointment, not a problem. Technician called before he arrived, when he came, he spent 15-20 minutes in the roof and checked the state of our roof tiles, inspected flashings, collars etc and suggested work. My husband agreed with the fact that our roof tiles need quite a bit of repairs and we had confirmed for further work and received a quote of how much the service will cost.

Everything went fine. They were on time and very knowledgable. No complaints at all.

Brian showed up for the appointment 10 minutes early, and explained what he was going to do. Having been in the development before, he had an idea what to expect for a 15 year old home. He explained what he was going to do, and found nothing except the cracked tiles. and gave me an assessment of the life of the roof, and what to do if the development plans another pressure cleaning in the future. All in all, the experience was helpful and after having a leak under the home that flooded my first floor, I thought it was best to check the roofing before the rainy season kicks in, and found that I should be dry at least on top. For my roofing needs in the future, I would definitely call them again.

Immediate response by phone but took some time to schedule the actual work. Once effective communication was established it went off very quick. Job well done. Will use again. Will recommend to others.

We ordered this service through Angie's List and requested the service for the following week. Received a phone call within a day or so and was able to set up an appointment within a few days. The inspector was professional, arrived at prearranged time. He inspected the roof, sealed some cracks he found. He took numerous photos that he went over with me after his lengthy inspection. He went over pictures and indicated the roof was in excellent shape. Was very happy with this service company

Mr. Budd arrived early and did a thorough inspection, particularly the little tile fragments that are cemented to complete the narrow angles of the field tiles as they converge on a valley flashing...and as the deck expands and contracts, they "chew' through the valley flashing....> a leak! These little triangular fragments of the line of the field tiles were not nailed...they're set in concrete into the corner of the valley. After Wilma blew off some barrel tiles that cover the roof vertices over the garage, I had all the leading edges filled with GE silicone, and all the cracks in the concrete side sets filled with Elmer's polyurethane, which no longer exists (closest is 'Gorilla' glue)..The polyurethane sinks into the cracks and forms a bond stronger than the concrete of a tile! Then in 2007, I had a roofer glue down all the fields tiles with a dab of construction cement (DC-600)...but with the yearly required cleaning (HOA requirement), some tiles do get cracked...and Mr. Budd did a good job of repairing them.

It was fine. They sent one person out to perform the service on the roof. He got the job done in 8 hours. The cleanup was good and I didn’t have to do any additional cleaning afterwards.

They were out within a few days of us purchasing the deal. They are nice people and it is a family operation. I thought that the coat would last 5+ years and found out it will only last about three years. They were very thorough with the pressure cleaning and any mess they made they cleaned up.

This became a much more challenging repair than either Bentley or we anticipated Due to the roof construction, it was very difficult to find exactly find where the leak was coming from. When they found and repaired one leak, another then became evident and had to be tracked down and repaired. This occurred 4 times. Do explain as clearly as you can how and where the leaks are occurring. Do insist that someone get into the attic and search from the underside, no matter how difficult the search can be. Do keep the Bentley project manager informed on what's happening.

The provider was on time to the minute. Extremely courteous and professional. Willing to talk about our concerns at length rather than in a hurry to get his job done and leave. He discussed at length the approach he recommended to address our larger concerns and roofing issues as well as less expensive alternatives. He agreed to write up and send an estimate. We have not received it yet, so it is impossible to rate their pricing or work at this time.

I was just getting ready to call Angies List when I got a call from Ricksaying he was in the area and he would like to come by.I was in the middle of lunch but I thought I better let him come since he was nearby.He was very nice and went up on my roof and inspected it.I was surprised he came in a car and not a service truck.The deal said they would seal around vents etc. if needed so where did he keep his supplies?I told him I had a small leak where a gas vent had been removed from the roof.I thought this was included in the deal I bought.He told me it was improperly installed as was another flashing.He also said there was an exposed standing nail and he did not fix that either!!Now I spent $99 for this inspection that I thought would take care of my problem by sealing around the flashing..I just was not happy with the experience. Was not worth the money spent.Will think twice before purchasing any more of these deals. I am a Sr.citizen and I guess they think they can make more money by telling you there is nothing else they can do unless you hire them to fix the problems they say you have. I gave them a rating of C which is fair.If they would have called me within the 2 days of purchasing deal like I was told I could have asked more questions so maybe it was my fault for assuming they were going to do more for $99.00. I seem to be the only one that was not completely satisfied.

Brian came over to provide an estimate for my leaking skylight. Brian was completely honest and advised me he believed is was a simple repair with a new bead of silicone. Brian went to his truck, happened to have some silicone and fixed it on the spot. It only took him 10 minutes, so he did not even want any money. Honest contractractos are hard to come by. I know who i will be calling anytime I need a repair or a replacement roof.

My roof sprung a leak back in January and it was getting worse. Contacted several roofing contractors. Of course I was told a different story each time on what was happening to my roof. Not to mention quoted some outrageous repair estimates. In case you don't know - roofing contractors in Florida are not state regulated so you can really end up with some problems and huge expenses if you are not careful. Rick Smith from Bentley Roofing in Deerfield Beach arrived on time to survey my roof. He quoted me a price of $900 telling me that the metal valley was not rotted as I had previously been told....and did not need to be replaced....that the metal was actually very good quality....This is NOT what I'd heard from some other roofing companies. Having worked in my gated community before, he told me the roofs were all nailed on..... installed back in the 1990s which was before the new stricter standards were enacted. However, thankfully my roof was okay for the time being and did not need replacing....... Rick arrived promptly the next day with his worker and moved about 83 tiles to make sure that every length of the valley was checked then he realigned the valley, installed new membrane and set back the tiles with adhesive instead of the damaging nails. All in all it took about two days.....I am happy to report that. after a heavy downpour, my roof is no longer leaking into my guest bedroom ceiling. What a relief! Thanks Bentley Roofing.

He explained what he was looking for, and what he would be doing. After he came down he gave me a history of my roof based on what he found. Most helpful! He pointed out that almost everything was in good condition and provided only one recommendation for service, providing photos to demonstrate. He will be providing an estimate for the wood replacement he noted.

I purchased a Big Deal for him to come inspect my roof and make sure there were no problems. He was great! He was on time, even a little early; calling before he was on his way. He got the job done quickly, while doing the inspection, he found a couple of things that needed to be repaired and repaired them on the spot!
