Denise was the most responsive real estate agent that we had worked with in Florida. It was very difficult getting a call back from other agents. They are so laid back. There is hardly any business but the agents are particularly interested in doing any business either. Denise was there when I called. She returned calls promptly if she wasn't available. She was not pushy and very informed. She did her job well for the seller but also helped us as buyers. Things went smoothe with financing, closing and condo association matters. I would recommend her if you want to get things done. She doesn't play games or push you off. She's well deserves the time it takes to fill out this report. Credit should go to people that earn it.
