AUTOMATIC CONTROL

Stay away. Technucian came and said i had mold. The repair wouldnt be completed until cleaning was done. They called AHS in my presence and warranty confirmed it needed to be remediated before they authorized repair of condsenser. Paid out of pocket cleaning and repair was done. 32 days later warm air started. Called AHS who said Automatic Control would not perform revisit. Requeted another contractor who confirmed leak at air handler. Also confirm cleaning likely caused leak given age of equipment and rusted coils. Any reputable contractor would not have recommending cleaning. Tough lesson learned but folks who had been honest for 10 years servicing my hvac have turned to become dishonest . Be aware but definitely use someone else.

I am very pleased with this company. Asher came out on time. Went and picked up the part. My ac is now working well.

WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Like most reviewers here, This company was sent to repair my AC per my home warranty AHS. ASHER showed up to my home and immediately told me he couldnt access my AC in the Attic. He was lazy and didnt want to climb in a hot attic. He insisted that i either needed to spend thousands on an engineer to remove beams from my roof or to cut a hole in my ceiling so he could access. I was stupid enough to believe this. (SEE PHOTO). Then he told me my unit was covered in mold (SEE PHOTOS) and that it would cost me $500 to clean it and AHS wont cover it. Thats convenient. Also strange, considering I had just had my AC unit maintenced. Then the following day he tried to get me to pay for the cleaning. He told me to pay cash or cash transfer. That seemed fishy. I told him i only pay my home repairs with CC. He then told me there is a 5% fee. ITS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO CHARGE MORE THAN 4%. I felt i was being scammed!!! The company wants to take money from AHS and then use that for an opportunity to get the home owner to pay more. I insisted on a second opinion. JET mobile was sent out and the tech was bigger than ASHER and had no problem accessing my AC in the attic. He never even bothered to use the hole in my ceiling. He also said my unit did NOT need to be cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY ARE OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. RUN!!!!! and while your at it, DO NOT USE AHS.

It went very well, considering the enclosure to my attic was too small. Mark removed all the old junk up there and neatly disposed of it. Then he disassembled the air handler, took it piece by piece upstairs in the hot attic and reassembled it. Mark always goes the extra distance. He's always available in an emergency. In a world of scam artists in South Florida, Mark is the real deal.
