Apadana Group was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I did the remodeling project. Ryan and his team paid great attention to detail and did excellent work. I was kept involved during every stage of the process. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be happier with the remodel. Ryan is also great with architectural and aesthetic details and made very helpful suggestions. You can trust this company to do a great job with any project. I will be using them for any projects in the future.

He is meticulous with planning, execution and follow up. He has a great team who are always professional, detail oriented and provide excellent customer service.

Excellent response in less than 12 hours had 2 crews at my home to tarp roof and do clean up in my bedroom. Ryan was very professional and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We had $20,000 in mold/water damage to our house and Ryan and his team of experts exceeded our repair expectations. They met the agreed upon deadline, didn't charge additional money, and even went as far as helping with some electrical work which was not part of the original scope of work. I will go as far as saying Ryan and his team are the best group of contractors we have ever had work done by.

It went very well including a successful outcome from the hurricane damage needing repair. The contractors and crew were wonderful in every aspect of this project. They always communicated what was going on and professionally handled each item needed to complete the job (ex: permits and inspections). The quality of workmanship was very impressive. As an out-of-state property owner, this is the kind of experience you hope for when working with a local general contractor.  This project involved an extensive amount and variety of long-needed repairs that took place over the course of two-and-a-half months (much of which was waiting for building inspections to be scheduled).  From the very beginning, Ryan communicated everything that needed to be done, what the process would be, and how long it would take.  One thing I particularly appreciated is that he has a homeowner's perspective and pointed out other potential long-term expense or liability issues around the exterior house and yard areas.   Although the total amount of repair and maintenance work ended up being more than I had originally planned, it was much needed and I was very happy that someone called it to my attention.  He provided me with status updates a couple of times a week, often including photos of work in progress (or completed).  We were in frequent contact by e-mail and occasionally by phone.  He was extremely responsive, would call me back immediately when I had questions, and was very accommodating of my individual situation.  I always had a good feeling about what was happening because of the regularity and quality of these communications.  Additionally, he worked well with my tenant and my property management company.  

Ryan took care of everything.  He coordinated and oversaw a wide range of repair and maintenance work, and the quality was consistently excellent.  The house looks great now, and the result is reflected in an appraisal that was performed immediately afterward.  It stated that the "above average maintenance . . . has reduced the effective age [of the house]".  I am quite certain that the house would not have been characterized as being above average maintained prior to these repairs.  

The thing I most look for when I work with people is their integrity.  If that's there, things usually turn out pretty well.  I found Ryan to be a man of his word, who enjoys what he does, takes initiative, and goes beyond what's expected.  I would highly recommend him and his company to others.  Thank you, Ryan, for a great job, and for giving me greater peace of mind.

As we were moving into a new house over the holidays, I called Ryan at Apadana Group Inc (AGI).  I am so thankful that I did so!  They did such an amazing job!  Within a day of my call, Ryan met me at the house with a color chart and made excellent suggestions.  He is professional, knowledgeable, and personable.  We wanted the house to look clean and feel new before we moved into it.  For a fair and reasonable price, we decided to have them repair all of the nail holes in the walls, remove wainscot board paneling, resurface and sand the walls, install crown modeling, and paint almost the entire interior, including all of the bedrooms.  It was a large job.  Even during the holidays, they started the work immediately and did not stop until the job was done.  The crew who performed the work was professional, friendly, and diligent.  They used high quality Sherman Williams paint and did not cut any corners.  Most importantly. the final product looks absolutely amazing!  The interior now looks brand new.  On the last day before the job was done, Ryan came back to the house and meticulously went over the work and had his crew fix the smallest details that he found to ensure perfection.  It was so refreshing to hire an honest company that takes pride in their work.  Without question, I will use them again.
