 + -1 moreMike and his team repaired and sealed my seawall today. They were on time and worked throughout the day. The job took two hours longer than expected and more material needed to be used because it was a harder job than thought. Mike did not try to charge me more money and he honored our original price. He's friendly personable and I will absolutely use him again.

 + -1 moreThey came out quickly and gave an estimate for the work. The price was reasonable for the work needed. We set up a time and date for the work to be done. They called to confirm the day prior. They actually showed up on time and completed the work. Mike came out to the site during the work to check on things and talk to me. They did a great job. This may be the first time in the last 20 years that a contractor has met all of my expectations. I will use them again when needed.

 + -1 moreSince my repair was next to a City storm drain that was eroding the canal bottom near my seawall, they also set their extra bags of concrete such that when it rains the erosion would be eliminated or at least greatly reduced. They were prompt to respond to my call and had the repairs completed on schedule as promised. Left the work area neat and clean.
Description of Work: They repaired the footer of my coral wall seawall, resurfaced the stones, sealed all cracks, inserted weep holes and replaced sand in the yard where it was lost it to tide.

Description of Work: Anchor resurfaced the Seawall face, patched up holes and cracks above and below water level. Backfilled 75ft with sand. Started on time, finished on time and stayed on budget. Once the backfill settled, they came back and filled in with more sand. The Owner, Mike Krug personally supervised the the project to completion. Didn't ask for a deposit to start the project. I paid when the project was completed and I was satisfied with their work.
