+ -1 moreThe owner came by and gave us an estimate for work to be done. He was very clear in his explanation of the way they would handle the work and provided us a written estimate within 24 hours. His company started work as scheduled. All the employees were professional. They were very attentive to our concerns and they were happy to correct problems when asked. They completed the job on schedule and on budget. We would highly recommend them!!!! We were only required to put down 20% at the beginning and then the remaining balance was not due until the job was completed.
Description of Work: Demolition of walls and ceiling. Repaired drywall and smooth coated ceilings and walls.
