The service men were on time and did great work. They cleaned up when done also. The price was very reasonable. Another company wanted to charge me twice as much.

I was quoted $100 for an electrician to visit my apartment to determine why two light fixtures no longer worked, and to fix them if possible or provide a quote for the additional work needed. The electrician arrived 30 minutes late, which would not have been a problem had he not insisted on such an early appointment. The main problem was that he did not appear to know what he was doing. He even shocked himself when trying to evaluate one fixture, while I held it for him as he requested, and as various bolts he unscrewed fell (fortunately, I was able to dodge them to avoid being hit in the head). He concluded that the fixtures were the problem, making it clear that he wasn't really sure how they worked. He did not even evaluate whether a fuse needed replacing, and he made it clear that he did not understand the simple information that I was relaying. He then called his boss and told me that, after 30 minutes of work, I needed to pay $125. I refused, as that was much higher than what I was quoted, and he didn't even do anything. I gave him a $100 check, which he accepted as an "accommodation" to me, which was outrageous. Once he finally left, I found that he had left a mess in several rooms, with wires and caps strewn about. I am very concerned that the caps needed to have been replaced and weren't, and that there are live wires now in the fixtures that are posing a fire hazard.

They are very professional. They arrived on time. They always explain what they were gonna do and the recommended other solutions and options.

I submitted a request for work with up to 5 companies on Angie's List and three others on another site, and Michael Greene and one other were the only ones to respond and Mike was the only one that actually showed up for the appointment. Not only was he punctual but his quote was more than fair. Mike told me him and his crew would be at my home at 7:00 AM in the morning to begin work and he was right on time, and began working immediately. His crew worked in a very professional manner and they all did a great job. I highly recommend Mike's company and have already referred him to two of my friends. Thank you Mike, it is refreshing to hire a company with so much integrity and pride in their work.

I called and the contractor came out right away, checked out the job, tested my doorbell to see what the problem was, went picked up the parts needed and installed it in a professional manner without any issues. I feel this contractor went above and beyond his duty to get the job done and I would recommend him to everyone. I already spoken about him to my church members.

Michael and his assistant arrived on time. The faulty fan was removed and the new fan was installed in place. The work was done carefully and efficiently .They took the trash down to the dumpster after they completed the job.
