My salesman was Omar and he was very professional and always on time. Was very accessible by phone to answer any questions I had. The time frame was exactly what they had told me. The guys who installed my shutters were very pleasant and did a great job. I have 14 openings in my 2 floor townhouse. It took them one day to install and they were here from 8:30 am- 8pm. I would definitely recommend this company and I will probably use them next for my front door.
