The work was done when we were away but we kept in touch regularly with Frank Losada by email. He promptly replied each time we contacted him. He went shopping with me and his advice, suggestions were always right. He never tried to entice us to buy pricier materials. His crew did a good job. They had to redo some decorative work at one point but they did it at no cost and no argument. We will use them again soon to redo our kitchen.
