I've had All Pro Mechanical Services Inc out several times. Yankol the owner only fixes my HVAC system temporarily. The last initial time he said that he doesn't understand the problem and cant fix it and to call someone else. He said he cant come back out to fix it anymore. I had to buy 2 plug in heaters because of his refusal to fix the problem.

The company emailed the tech was on the way. The tech called. Showed up on time. Explained the situation. Had the part in the van. Replaced the part explained everything was very courteous and professional.

I did get them through Angie’s List. They have been out several times and so far, I am pleased with the service they provide.

Great and honest company, very professional people, came right on time, were quick and very efficient is assessing the issues with A/C. Provided valuable suggestions on how to improve the A/C efficiency and gave a few tips on overall energy saving techniques. Would use them again and recommend anyone to call them for any A/C related questions.

I had family visiting when my AC started blowing hot air on a Saturday night. I called Air Serv on Sunday morning and asked how much for the emergency weekend service call. I was told the service call is the same price as any other day of the week, $45. I was pleasantly surprised as other AC companies charge $160 and up for emergency service calls. Yanko , the tech that came out showed up promptly on Sunday morning in a neat and clean uniform , making it easy to identify who he was at the door. He diagnosed the problem and informed us of all the costs to do the repair. The invoice he printed out was easy to read and understand . He also offered us a yearly maintenance plan for %159 which includes 2 maintenance calls to clean and maintain my 2 AC units. I usually pay $189 for 1 maintenance call on my 2 AC units every 6 months. Air Serv also game me an additional discount for using Angie's List. This is a company with true integrity.....

Seamless. No issues.

My a/c was working fine but the outside unit was very noisy when running. I had someone from my prior a/c provider out here twice - first time said a screw was loose, second time recommended installing some kind of kit for over $900. I called All Pro based on the good reviews and got a different diagnosis - compressor going bad - but Yanko told me we could check to see if the original was still under warranty. It was! Saved me a lot of money. He got me the new one and installed it today - it's nice and quiet now.

I was very pleased with this company. Spoke to Yanko (owner) on Monday and scheduled a Friday 4pm appt. He came out personally.  Extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled.  Told him my Pool Heat Pump was pumping but not heating. Pool repair companies recommended I contact a company that handles A/C repairs because these heat pumps work on a sealed Freon system, just like A/C's.
Yanko arrived on time for the appointment. Opened the electronics of the heat pump and tested the Freon System and then got into the electrical system. You could tell he was skilled and meticulous by the way he opened the panel, carefully removed and saved the screws, gently removed the electrical contacts, etc.  Nothing was forced. Time and care were taken. He was well versed and took the time to explain what he was doing & looking for. Also explained how the pump worked and what to look for if I feel it isn't working well.
He determined that the Freon system was fully charged.  The compressor was not coming on, however. He tested with gauges and found that the capacitor was defective. Had the correct part with him in his truck. Replaced it quickly and the unit began working perfectly. Even went with me to the pool and we both felt the hot water coming out of the jets.  He carefully put the unit back together, just as he had taken it apart.
I will be using him for all of my future "Freon Related" repairs moving forward. 
It was refreshing to find this kind of quality service. I highly recommend Yanko (All Pro Mechanical) to all.

It went well.  All Pro's technician was prompt, pleasant and professional.  He immediately solved my emergency and was responsive to my concerns.  He presented me with recommendations to keep my units working well, but did not pressure me to spend more money than I'd planned on.  Will definitely have them back.

They did an outstanding job.  I bought the deal on a Wednesday and they offered to go out the same day!  I wasn't ready for them so soon so I had them come out the following day, in the morning (a Thursday).  The technician came at exactly the time that was promised, 9AM.  He did everything that was listed in the Angie's Deal and did not try to "upsell" me or anything like that.  He was super nice to boot.  I should note that the service was done on the rental property I have, a condo in Hialeah.  I HIGHLY recommend these guys, they were GREAT!  And the Angie's Deal price was awesome.  This is a service (A/C coil cleaning) that usually costs around $500.
