All About Pressure Cleaning

This company has done my last two paver pressure wash and sealing. They've even corrected prior contractor’s errors. They are very professional and thorough. Every time I have other vendors bid to ensure their prices are reasonable and they are. Therefore, I highly recommend them. On time and they do what they say they will do.

It did the job but after a while I found out a leaking in the roof.

Good. Showed up on time did the job, cleaned up. All was good. I called again to ask for help with another paver project. Response was poor. And price was high. Did not hire them again.

Co owner Gledston did a fantastic job ! He worked extremely hard from 8AM-4PM to power wash my filthy patio and driveway and also stained the driveway to restore the color to BRAND NEW LOOKING ! and I'm not exaggerating ! I wish I took before and after photos to show you. Gledston also went the extra mile to clean my sidewalk and paver steps out back which weren't even in the contract which I felt was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. I used Angie's List to locate " All About Pressure Cleaning" and the (A) rating reviews were very accurate. You can trust these guys to do a great job for all your power washing and staining needs.

The job was done correctly but there was a huge amount of miscommunication and the job was done on a day that no one was there to supervise or try and get the cars out of the way if any. We called and did not get proper communication but no one at the company was willing to take responsibility for any of it. In the end they were quite "snippy".

I have used All About Pressure since I moved into my new home 5 years ago. I have always been very satisfied with their work. This time- last week, i also had them clean the gutters and tile roof. They did an awesome job. The house sparkles and looks brand new. They arrived on time and promptly did the job. I am very particular about my home and they did a perfect job. Do not hesitate to use this company.

This was a tough one to rate because I had a different experience with different people. I'd rate the sales representative an A. Efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The first worker team to show up did the paver repairs. Mixed review here. They were very pleasant, skilled, accommodating and hard working. But, there was a small problem. When they turned over 2 pavers in the middle of the driveway that had been originally installed incorrectly, they no longer matched. I asked them to replace them with pavers from a less noticeable location. They graciously agreed. I had to leave at that time. When I got home later in the day the replacement pavers didn't fully match and stood out. I don't blame the repair guys - they did what I asked, but it would have been nice to have some quality control by the company. Also, because I hadn't used up their minimum for paver repair, I asked them to look the job over to see if there was anything they could improve upon that I missed. There is some evidence that they didn't do that. Sill, if this had been the whole story, I could go with A- for these guys. The next day the pressure washing guys showed up. This was clearly the A team. I told them that I couldn't move a large pile of mulch bags that were on the pavers because they were too heavy for me, and that it was OK to just work around them. They then said that the sealed pavers wouldn't match and they took it upon themselves to move the bags of mulch. As for the cleaning and sealing. It all looks good. One of the most negative aspects of my experience with this company came a few hours after the job was finished. I had told the salesman that I wouldn't be home when either crew finished and that I would get squared away with them right away. But, before I pay them I got an invoice email with the following paragraph: "Effective Immediately: Invoices are due upon job completion, it will be considered past due if payment is not received within two days from the day it was sent. Therefore you will be subject to a $35 late fee per day that payment is not received. With the exception of contractors, companies, and clients who have an agreement with us." Maybe it's just me, but this struck me as having a decidedly un-friendly tone to it. I paid immediately, but I would have done that anyway. This was followed up by a call from the company to "check up" on the job. I said to the lady that it wasn't totally perfect, but it was OK and I considered the job finished. Instead of inquiring about what it was I wasn't totally happy with, she just hung up. I hope I'm not being unfair with my B rating. The repair guys were A minus and the cleaning sealing guys were a solid A. But the subsequent contact from/with the company pulled my overall rating down to a B.

All About was very prompt in all aspects including the estimate, follow up and the job itself. They were both well-priced and provided high quality service.

All work was done as described. Good communication. Good professionalism. Would have liked a 1-year warranty for mold & mildew. All they guaranteed was that the sealer would not turn white.

Went Great.

This company was a pleasure to work with. I contacted them online, and someone called me the next day to make an appointment to see the house and give an estimate. The price came in much, much lower than the other two companies I spoke with. We made an appointment for the following week, and the two cleaners showed up 30 minutes early and went right to work. They cleaned the roof, the walls, the decks, and even the deck furniture as a bonus. Now my house looks like it was freshly painted. Very pleased!

From beginning to end, the process was seamless. It's not easy to find people who respond in a timely manner to your inquiries, but Carol de Jesus definitely did that. The whole experience was very professional, from the quote - which I was able to approve online - to payment of the invoice. This is a business that's set up to do business! And I was over the moon with their work. My house's roof has never looked this good. They did a phenomenal job, and would recommend them to anyone!

Very good. The company is very responsive and the price was very competitive. Entire process took two days. Very happy with my new patio look.

This was the second time we used All About Pressure Cleaning to clean, sand and seal our driveway. It came out terrific and are extremely happy. I would highly recommend them.

Their price was competitive with the other companies I called. The representative that can to my home for an estimate was very nice. He explained everything they would be doing. I appreciated that. I will definitely be having them do my pressure cleaning next year.

A small area 800 sq ft, two men, non-stop work. Would definitely hire this company. Owner came and looked at area, outlined exactly what was to be done and his men performed the job.

Outstanding. I emailed the company via Angie's List and within two days I had a written estimate emailed to me. I immediately called and had the service scheduled for the next day. The office called to confirm the day before and then followed up to ensure I was satisfied. The workers did a fantastic job. I will definitely use this company again.
